How We Do Things!!!

  1. We start by scheduling a meeting with the owner and manager to discuss needs and create a customized plan.
    • This initial meeting typically last between 1-2 hours
    • We meet with owner first, then manager and then together (we can adjust this as needed)
  2. We are dedicated to getting input from all levels of staff so conversations with staff are recommended in order to have a complete understanding of the business operations.
    • We’ll provide an employee questionnaire for each employee to submit anonymously.
    • Meetings with staff – these meetings vary depending on practice organizational chart. We’ll meet individually, in small groups or in one large group, or a combination of options.
  3. We’ll provide feedback collected from employees and then work together to create a plan of action to address the needs of the staff, in addition to the needs of management.
  4. We’ll work with you to develop your management team
    • Together, we’ll work to establish the levels of management desired
    • You’ll learn to empower those around you to do the work and that’ll allow you to get more done.
  5. We’ll help you get the right people in the right places (positions). We’ll work with your to determine if additional positions are needed, and identify if current staff are in the right position.
    • Our goal is NOT to remove individuals from their employment. We can help with coaching and the discipline processes.
    • If management determines changes are in order, we’ll help determine the correct course of action.

We will work with you to design a plan that works. We encourage input at all points of the process. We think this is the best way to ensure success. We don’t want you to do something that goes against your belief, mission statement or culture, so communication is key.

We’ll have scheduled meetings/discussion opportunities at specific intervals along the way to ensure everyone is on the same track. These meeting/discussion points will diminish in frequency as needed, as we move through the process.
